Pros & Cons
Pros
It's affordable and it is durable. Remarkably well-chosen packaging. Nice inexpensive parabolic umbrella.
There's a catch device that prevents overexpansion. The prongs are flexible so it doesn't snap or bend beyond repair.
Easy setup and breakdown; essentially just like an umbrella. Had it on the light in less than a minute from unpacking it. It pops open easily and is the best for taking on the go.
Cons
This umbrella is flimsy. It is difficult to tilt the unit up or down without fabricating a shaft extension with a tilt swivel outside the reflector.

It is quite heavy and bulky because it is so large so it weighed down my boom stand too much to use it on that

Best to use it with a regular light stand not a boom arm attachment

By design it is basically an umbrella with a diffuser covering the opening

Size could be a problem with low ceilings
