This was an imperfect solution but worked better than all the crates hanging file folders plastic bins wire holders and other impossible systems i tried

In conclusion if you suffer from a constant nagging feeling of forgetting something important or fear missing deadlines or maybe just feel overwhelmed by your files folders and papers in general i would strongly recommend trying this system or one like it
