Made several attempts to contact seller - providing my contact email and phone number - requesting phone call. Haven't heard. His phone number on the internet now belongs to a daycare center.

Additionally since i am a novice i contacted the manufacture to inquire about how to calculate my power needs and how many batteries i would need etc
