I researched this item by visiting our local pet stores and was very disappointed with the amount they were asking for smaller versions
Hes pretty happy with it and thats what matters

This cat tree what exactly what i was looking for and the price was right
The price is awesome especially comparing with other cat trees sold in well know pet stores
Packaging/appearance
No mistakes in packaging everything was there
They don’t use the hammock nor the hanging rope

Like others have said some of the features are pretty small for an average cat

It seems fairly sturdy a large cat jumping onoff would tip it over
