Pros

It's just the the upper portions will sway some as they climb. Heavy enough to be sturdy. I love that all the uprights on this tree are scratching posts & it is very sturdy.

It's very wobbly, my hands are raw from * and tightening this thing. I now believe that the reviewers were drunk.

There were no instructions, and some of the parts of the top pillar were installed incorrectly upon receipt. Only connection is one screw at the bottom and nothing else to hold it in place.

The tower looks better than it is. The weight is almost 30 lbs lighter than advertised which for one cat may be fine but with such a big tower it should at least have been a thought for multi cat use. The base needs to be larger, and the lower condo a... Read More

The entire unit is fabricated from flimsy and thin pressboard. None of the posts were used for scratching. The fabric is soft but as i said, offers no traction.
