The material is also very plush and a beautiful neutral color. It is strong and has more rope on the posts that my cats love and need. Not hard to assemble.

All the uprights on this tree are scratching posts & it is very sturdy. Overall, as long as it does not topple over i think it will work out just fine. The boys fought over the middle box until i moved this up higher, now everyone is happy!

White cat loves the top perch and the pouch to the side. The kitty condo on the second level is flush with the landing on the fourth level.

Bottom cubby is way too small and can only house a kitten. The top pillar was ripped out through the bottom of the particle board. The tower is very unstable and will fall if not in a corner.

The entire unit is fabricated from flimsy and thin pressboard. The houses seem to be made of some type of pressed paper or fiberboard. None of the posts were used for scratching.
