Pros

Half tablespoon in the morning and half at night mixed in with the v8 strawberry banana juice, it hides really well! The only thing i wish is that there was a line in the lid to measure the smallest dose.

The only down side is it is more expensive but hey, you get what you paid for. The benefits are more than worth it. All good feedback from us.

The only reason i gave this 4 stars is the price

The first package was stolen and when i told amazon a new one was shipped right away at no cost
