Pros

This is seriously comfy. It pushes me forward enough on my chair that my legs are more comfortable and supports a better posture. The idea is that if the seat cushion is too long for your thigh length, you will subconsciously try to move forward.

It is durable and of good quality. I love that it has an extendable option to allow for all different chair types. Met expectations and needs for my desk chai eat work.

I would have liked for it to have some type of protective liner to better prevent the non washable memory foam from getting soiled.

It attaches to the chair with a 1 wide nylon strap. The strap offers a heavy duty plastic buckle style clasp and a plastic size adjuster. It fits my back perfectly!

Cons

The strap is too long when tightened completely - i have a wide but mesh-back chair. I find myself perching on my chair or leaning forward, rather than leaning back with proper lumbar support.
