It instantly calms me down when i'm having an anxiety or panic attack. Like up 4-5 times every night with joint pain and restlessness. It's wonderful for naps.

The blanket shell is grey polyester which i like because most weighted blankets are white. The duvet is a quality bamboo material and the seams are well hidden. Duvet has a zipper closure that is well hidden within the bottom seam.

Cons

Huge bummer. This is such a huge gaff. It is noisy and lumpy. It's a useless pricey blanket that nobody should get.
