    After noticing that both were lower a few weeks after i started taking it i decided to stop taking it for a couple weeks to verify whether the magnesium was indeed related to those decreases

    As i suspected would happen my blood pressure and pulse increased again after about a week of not taking this and then when i resumed taking magnesium those readings went back down
