The lumber support is adjustable, but the design let's the cross-support to dislocate. The adjustment switches were mislabelled. Tilting the chair is labelled as bring the seat backwards or forwards.

They were curious to know what caused the issue so it could be fixed in future models but beyond that they offered to replace the arm twice

This companys approach to dealing with their customers goes far and beyond the norm considering how nonexistent customer service has become with most companies
