Didnt have to detach from the resistance bands or take the kickback straps off my shoes

Even though these have velcro i feel that these would last much longer because 1 i got the pair and dont have to keep taking off to switch sides and 2 the hook is not part of the velcro portion and wont pull against or off while trying to use it
