Pros
Don't be put off by the size of the tablet - they are really easy to * thanks to their 'torpedo' shape. This is the recommended daily dose for me & these are the best value that i found.
They're great, very nice value and seem to assist well in recovering from acl surgery. My brittle bones benefit from this. Part of an osteo- arthritic regime.
Cons
Make your own mind and/or consult your doctor/pharmacist before using it. It works, but caused a lot of gastrointestinal problems.

They have weak evidence for delaying the progress of osteoarthritis so you will never know if taking them did delay your arthritis or not
