You take 2 a day with meals so i presume it would be best to take one with breakfast and another with my evening meal rather than both at the same time but it doesnt make that clear

As for all supplement products it will take time to see the effects and you never really know what is inside since this is claimed to be uk made i am a bit more comfortable than those dont even claim it i guess
