Pros

By the end of the day, i take the last dose at about 5pm, im absolutly stuffed i can barly eat. Helps feel full and not get constipated. Love how much it suppresses my appetite.

This supplement works and i recommend it for anyone needing extra fiber. Appreciated the size options. Will order again.

Cons

Many of my capsules are damaged and not usable. Did not suppress my appetite. They also cause constipation.
