I have owned and used 3 of the 25ft xlr cables for over 8 years in recording and various gigs and they are still working as good as the first day i got themwhen it comes to using these cables at gigs the fact they stand out due to their various colors means there is no mixing your cables up with other peoples cables which always seemed to happen more often than it should
