Its has a nice soft touch is comfortable to sit or lie on and its wipe clean so it doesnt need to be put into a washing machine

This is water proof but i wouldnt say its 100 its not a blanket to use on drenched grass but light rain it should be fine

Mine came with a very small mark on it and it was impossible to wipe off so be warned

It might be worth getting one of those ultra thin lightweight towels to put on it if you are going to eat or drink from it so that any messes go on that which can be thrown in the washing machine thus saving this as it would be a shame to ruin it

Although yous could argue if you take another cover or towel for it whats the point of it
