Pros

The cast stainless steel mount and pole are both finished with a very nice hard, glossy black enamel finish. They are sturdy and beautiful. Easy to install.

The pole is segmented to adjust to any width flag up to 3' wide. Imho each joint is another chance for a problem. It always keeps my flags waving without being tangled up during our windy afternoons.

Cons

Metal screws were replaced with plastic ones. One of the rings has plastic burrs which catch when the ring tries to rotate. The pole is at an approximate 45 degree angle and should not have tangle issues. Not tangle free.

This flag pole is not 5 feet long. The bracket is cast aluminum or pot metal and will corrode. Plastic never lasts in the sun and weather. Not well made, flimsy piece of junk. Can't withstand strong wind gusts.
