Reason being that if you have your hands on the home row and have the rest aligned with your keyboard your left hand outer wrist is on the edge so it feels like your hand is trying to slide off to the left

The top of wrist pad is soft and comfortable but the bottom material is not solid flat

I was a little skeptical of the price you can find similar products for cheaper but the company seems to be well known so i figured id give it a shot worst case scenario i just return it

The bright white logo on the black fabric was annoying always popping out in my peripheral vision
