It’s awesome and fits nicely in my purse. Shipped quickly and excellent price. Would definitely recommend.

Kept two vials of insulin cold/cool on a 7 hour flight. It keeps it cold until i cant put it back in s fridge, then i refreeze my ice pouch for my next leg.

It's a little big and bulky but not the worst i've ever seen. It is feat but i wish it was a little bigger than it is. About the perfect size to slip into a jacket pocket or lunch box.

Cons

Read everything before ordering. I feel like that is deceptive.

Should be like your refrigerator, at 40 deg. No insulating properties.
