I really need this white royal icing and it is unusable. To late for a refund and so far haven't been able to find a way to reach customer service for global sugar art.

The cookies dried overnight and i stacked them to freeze

I do have to say the first attempt was time consuming because it was not 5 tbs of water needed and kept going back little by little and mixing

Total water used for cookies was probably more like 8 tbs for cookies to get the right consistency
