The process is quite easy to follow wash hair w ph balancing shampoo apply product to moist hair key number 1 hair needs to be moist not dry and not dripping wet wait the required amount of time rinse with tepid water key number 2 tepid had to make sure i knew what tepid means apply conditioning mask for 5min rinse blow dry key number 3 maybe most important key although by this point theres a def difference in the hair texture the hair doesnt have a shape
The reason why id take 12 a star away however is that while washing my hair i smelled a terrible odor at first i thought it was my moms cooking but after closer inspection it turned out to be my hair no clue why
