Pros
All you need is a torch lighter to shrink it down. Fantastic heat shrink. Using an electric stove top to shrinking it down worked flawlessly.
For the price, just get it. Put this on my wheel barrow handles and no more slivers. For example, i have a couple of flashlights with overhand handles that are about 1 across. These fit there as well and breathed some new life into those old tools.
Cons
It appears the size labeled is not the pre-shrunk size, but the final shrink size. It's like it didn't shrink at all. In the 40mm size description, it says it will shrink down to work with material diameters of 21-39mm.

I also have a couple of old chisels with wooden handles that i really like but the handles are getting worn

Well great for the traditional purpose of providing some electrical insulation there arent many electrical applications that need something this large
