Pros

The back has wonderful lumbar support. The raise/lower works straightforwardly and effectively. One is a nonmovable tilt which you can easily set as far forward or back as you like. I like to sit cross legged, fold up and do weird stuff that's probabl... Read More

The seat is cushy enough for my hip injury. The height and recline are very adjustable.

The leather is soft and has a good feel to it. Not rips no tears, the stitch is also done nicely.

Assembly is straightforward. The base is definitely not cheap plastic, it means business. It is easily cleaned. Cover the chrome w/ something to protect it from scratches.

Cons

Overall very poorly made. I am not sure why this chair got such a high rating for long-term task work - perhaps because of its looks. Material is soft, but not durable.

The hydraulic pump won't keep the chair up anymore, the cushions are non existent and the chair wobbles side to side. The back juts out so far it never touches mine. The lumbar support is way too low.
