Constheres only one camera mounting screw holding the glidecams quickrelease plate and the 577 connect adapter

If you have a heavy lens like i do the camera will slide and it will shift the center of gravity and screw up the balance

The glydecam by itself is awesome and works well but the rapid connector 577 by mannfroto wasnt ideal the lock button didnt lock the plate so to remove the plate i only need to untight the bolt

The nikon d5300 is bottom line weight for the hd200

I also bought this because i wanted a quick release but the lever to tighten the release plate is to bulky because if you put it in the middle of the base plate on the glide cam there is really no way to tighten or loosen the release plate because the lever is to big
