Perfectly shaped for maximum enjoyment of your preferred magic elixer. Good quality thick crystal. Makes sense that it was developed my scots. If you enjoy your whiskey, these are a must.
Riedel feels more delicate and has a relatively wide base like a wine glass. Gelncairn has a kind of stubby base that makes you want to keep it cupped in your hand. Really enhances the whisky drinking experience.

Its almost identical in every way but half the price

Im not sure that theyre necessarily worth the hype but they do provide a more pleasurable drinking experience than a standard straight walled glass

Imo these are the only ones to consider for experiencing single malts

The shape of the riedel isnt as tapered or tulip shaped as the glencairn so the glencairn really focuses the aroma
