Pros
Good product. Gets heated up very soon. Easy to use, easy to maintain actually. Handy, portable and compact.
Good mixer grinder for quick everyday masala grinding. Can be used to make tomato, chilly, onion, ginger paste. Ideal for one touch grinding while busy with cooking.
Cons
The motor has got melted completely. It's still not replaced. Thus the refund is still not initiated.
Don't buy in online. Over priced products. Suggest buy a product manufactured in europe for such applications. Will never recommend buying any glen products.
First impression is so bad and not satisfactory. This is absolutely ridiculous. How is this possible.
The warranty requires taking the product to the service centre which is at least 30-40 kms away. Rubber seal provided is of pathetic quality. Worked well for about 3 weeks, never abused.
