Pros

Tiles stay non-slippery even if they get wet from the rain. Works well and creates a nice rich sheen to the tile. Excellent product on a worn outdoor saltillo tile patio.

Used wool pad to apply. When applying with roller go over the freshly laid sealer serveral times to make sure air bubbles are removed. Easy to apply using micro fiber mop.

This stuff is awesome. Works great. Applies easily. Great product. Highly recommended it.

Approximately 800 sq ft, 3 - 4 coats and used 1/2 gallon. Needs to be refinished from time to time. Used 5 coatings of glaze n seal.

Cons

Shine dull, not very glossy looking.
