The first time i forgot the lid and it steamed out the whole kitchen i thought what was wrong then i got it the lid should have been on

This kettle has a two year guarantee against defects but you will need to keep the box as they say they may require the kettles return to check the defect to ensure safety for other users before you get a replacement

Because there are no windows or tubes in order to view water level limescale build up is minimal compared to my old kettles

However over time it will still form on the lowest section of the base

Leave it 2030 min till limescale is gone then swill it around the inside to clean the glass and rinse it out
