I contacted the seller without asking for any compensation or anything and they immediately informed me about this carafe replacement glass which should work to replace the glass and just reuse the metal holding pieces with a discount as well to use with no obligation to give a review

That basically it is very difficult to rotate the glass which its inside the holders
