It works exactly as advertised and is great for heating up bottles that you can prepare for but if your youngn is going through a cluster feeding time this may not work fast enough for you

In the description of this product it says that it has a voice reminder but i didn’t find anything in the directions or on this unit as to it having a voice reminder or let alone anything stating that it has one
