I am impressed with the customer service and i am delighted to say that the dimmer function on the new lamp works fine
this led desk lamp is very good in terms of the quality look and the control it offers on the difference levels of brightness

You need to know you cannot tilt it forward or backwards only to the sides but if you turn the whole lamp 90 degrees then the sides turn to be front and back

It does not charge my iphone xr as quick as the iphone charger

Bearing in mind we have only had this product for a few weeks now the only downside is that i would have liked to have been able to purchase a low voltage power lead extension for it but the power lead plug is not compatible with the extension leads available on amazon

Touch onoff then when you hold your finger on the touchpad the lamp changes the light from white to yellow and vice versa
