Nice thick band i am just starting to get back in shape after 2 recent hip surgeries4 total and my dr recommended using exercise bands rather than gym equipment for my rehab and these are just what i needed the band is just the right length for my leg exercises and the light 1530 lbband is perfect place to start the band is nice and thick and i feel safe using it not like its going to break or pull loose the towel that came with this is also very nice fits right in the pocket of my sweats i was given a discount for my honest and unbiased review of this product
