Pan is sturdy and solid with great handles to lift and move turkey. Rack is also non-stick treated, making removal of bird easy without skin clinging. Even cooking and easy cleanup.

Cleanup was a breeze even with stuck on grime a quick soak in hot soapy water quickly loosened it up

Turkey pictured was 16 lbs so i dont recommend this for over 20 lbs though this held up for brining a turkey in a bag the wings had to be secured and were right at the edge
