Pros

This is one of the best cans i’ve owned. Very satisfied with this purchase.

It is one of the easiest can to remove bags i have ever used. It has two metal side bars that keep the bag from sagging into the can. Instead of leaving liquor bottles or wine bottles out until taking the bag out.

Cons

The top piece is smaller than the inside of the can, so it strains the bag every time you're trying to squeeze it out of the body. I'm currently about 0-7 with successfully removing the bag without ripping it. When trying to remove the bag, you have t... Read More

Ours arrived ahead of schedule and in perfect condition

I contacted glad they were quick to answer my query and a couple of emails later they sent us a new trash can too

I emailed glad customer service to utilize the 5yr warranty and they took about a week to respond

Packaging/appearance

This is perfect and i was worried after seeing reviews that it would come dented or banged up and it arrived with not even a scratch on it

We liked the reviews but worried as some to others had arrived dented
