I have never tried a waist trainer before but i wanted to get something that look like a muscle shirt size tight it is very comfortable it doesn’t overheat your body but you sweat a lot during when you have this on it is one of the best waist trainers that i’ve have ever bought it it is very durable the material quality is very good as well i’ve been using it for over two months and a half and i have not seen a rip or nothing and it fit snug im 57 and im 240 and i got an xl and it fit perfet
