I started out on the first time leaving it on for 25 minutes including application time of 15 minutes and rinsing thoroughly but on this last time i left is on for 50 minutes max is 60 which i will try next time and rinsed lightly leaving some of the product in before flat ironing check out the website for detailed instructions for hair type and desired result
