Pros

Seller is not a third party and was able to rectify the situation immediately. I have psoriasis and this is one of the best hair products i have every used. Love this line, even my hairdresser uses it.


Cons

It's not at all moisturizing. It's clumpy and makes your hair very hard to comb through. After using this product i now have two bald patches.

    I have discovered this time that after wiping the shampoo off the pump tube that if you hold the big part of the pump tightly under the cap part and then twist the pump nozzle it will pop up
