Second one works well though have to be a bit careful with the charger to make it click in

My other lesser complaint is how when connected to my windows 10 it appears as both headset bhm97 and headphones bhm97 stereo

I gave it four stars for comfort because it does dig in a bit if you wear it for a long time on the side without a headphone
