Even wthe vents they do get a bit warm
Theres not a lot of great options at lower price points in the xl size

I uses giro hex since 2008it is as if this helmet was created for my headthere is no other helmet that snugly fits my head the sameit does not mean that it will fit this way with your headtry before you put your hand in your pocket

Had been until a small screw was lost and the visor had to be fixed down which made it impossible to use on trails
