Customer service was fast and very kindly offered to send a replacement
Shoot them an email about it and they respond asap and all you have to do is pay for shipping not for the whole replacement toy

The product arrived super quickly and in discreet packaging which i always appreciate
Great product no noise super cute packaging

Noise isn’t bad when in use and on your clit but noisy if it’s just sucking air

When mine broke earlier in the year they sent me a new one free of charge

Eventually it got to the point i couldnt even recharge it because it stopped recognizing that the charger is plugged in after only a few seconds
