Pros

They are sturdy, they are easy to clean, and they withstand heat because they are silicone. I used the skinny ones this summer to scrape down the sides of the pot during jam and jelly making. Great for scraping sides of pans snd bowls.

The scraper is flexible where you need it to be. This is the only thing that seems to get the white residue in the dishwasher. Wirecutter says it's the best spatula.
