Pros

The 7 santoku knife is the only without a serrated edge as it should be. Perfect for a kitchen with darker appliances.

The craftmanship is spectacular. They clean easily in soapy dishwater. Do not let the affordability throw you off.

Cons

All but 2 of the blades are serrated. Which makes for a tough time sharpening. The scissors don't cut very well either. Never sharpened them.

Knives tarnish and get spots. Instead the knives all have small scratches on them. These blades rust. After a few months all the knives were coated with rust.

These seem quite a bit flimsy and lightweight. Metal is super light/flimsy. They are dull and bend when used. Poor quality and not actual stainless steel.
