The ginsu 7 santoku knife is the only without a serrated edge as it should be. I remember seeing ginsu knife infomercials when i was younger and they always seemed so perfect.

This set replaces the ginsu set i had for 15 years. Perfect for a kitchen with darker appliances.

My problems with this junk are horrible. The so called lifetime warranty is phony. Two thumbs down. That's just depressing.

Just by sliding the blade over it with its weight, they are not sharp. Which makes for a tough time sharpening. The scissors don't cut very well either, we usuallly end up using another pair.

These seem quite a bit flimsy and lightweight. Metal is super light/flimsy. They are dull and bend when used. Poor quality and not actual stainless steel.

The ginsu name grabbed my attention, but i am very disappointed with these knives, at least the big choppers. Plastic cutlery is better than this knife set.
