Pros
They keep an edge just as good as my spyderco knife, better than henckels. Sharpen easily with included sharpener. And the sharpener really sharpens my knife.
The bamboo block is sturdy and it looks really good on a countertop. The block is nice but perhaps should be angled to allow easier access to the knives when they are placed under a cupboard.
These knives are a pleasure to use. All in all a good purchase. have had these for three years now.
Cons
It is like ordering a buick and receiving a chevy. Anything else is simple dishonesty. This does not include normal wear and tear.

Having experienced poor customer service many times in the past i am very pleased with the service i received from amazon
I contacted company supplied them with picture and information and they sent me a new one
Amazon really knows how to treat their customers the customer service i received was beyond my expectations

You cant pull a knife out if it is sitting under a cupboard

Also my cleaver had a small chip in the blade but i was able sharpen it out with the honing rod

I had someone from cutco come to my house for a demonstration he said go grab your chef’s knife and see if you can cut some of these items
