Pros

This is the best tasting ginger i have ever had. The flavor and freshness is perfect. The price is a bit high, but with ginger slices, you get what you pay for.

It helps me with my arthritis and it helps my hyperacidity and gerd. Helps with my diverticulitis.

The candied ginger is great. Only thing i disliked is the ziplock part.

The crystallized ginger really makes a fantastic cookie. It is mildly spicy, with a soft chewy texture. It's delicious as a little nibble to cleanse the palate after a meal.

Cons

I love candied ginger and assumed this would be great. There is nothing in the product description or ingredients list that mentions sulfites. The bag says the expiration is in 2 months too.
