The folding and unfolding into a small bassinet works well. It still takes two hands, but it's easier than threading them every single time. I also love that it's waterproof and cleans up easily.

This diaper bag is the whole package. It includes an inside phone pocket, and usb charging port. This is on par with most of the nicer made ones.
