Def can not work out in these unless you wear a long shirt which come on is so annoying when squatting

Waist band gets twisted and doesnt feel right after that the material is cheap and you can see through it

Wish they were thicker but for the price what should i expect they are extremely see thru and i was very disappointed with the quality
