Sharp, heavy, well rapped handle. Also the blade seems to curve more sharply giving a bit more of a spear tip. I find single edge knives easier to throw quickly than double edged.

I am a beginner that has been throwing for a couple of months. Gives a very satisfying thunk when sticking into a target. Depending on your style of throwing these can work well for combative throwing.
The sheath is nice for storing these. The only down side is the sheath.

Prosblanced can be thrown with accuracy by a noob from either the blade or the handlesturdy survives the occasional wildly terrible throw striking concrete brick flagstone and aluminum fence postsresharpenable a couple of strokes on a cheap whetstone smoothed out blade damage by one of said fence postsready the point is presharpened and theres a slight edge you can take them out of the box and send them schwunking into your target right away see consconsstring handle wrap this is purely decorative and will fail within the first 25 throws you might as well remove when you open and use some adhesive remover to get the glue off
