Pros

This phone is perfect for the elderly. Easy to set up for basic phone use with messaging. Emergency call * are awesome. This is a real help for those who cannot remember phone numbers, or misplace them.

Sou d quality is great. Lovely screen, good range. Good choice of ringer. Ring tone has a nice melody.

I like the 1-button speed dial (which is rare) high quality construction and works very well.

Cons

It rings and stops and the answering machine does not pick up. Finding missed calls is almost impossible, and caller id is incomplete. The battery cover comes off and one of the batteries falls out of the phone. It’s drips calls all the time.

This phone is absolute junk. The controls and manual for this phone are incomprehensible.
